Responsibilities
- Analyze data to uncover patterns, deliver actionable insights, and recommend strategies that improve outcomes for members and client organizations.
- Serve as the primary data expert in client engagements, leading discussions and delivering impactful findings on performance metrics, regulatory measures, and return on investment.
- Create and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate value to stakeholders and support business development.
- Collaborate with commercial and client success teams to refine data applications and solve specific client challenges, increasing service effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and executing data onboarding processes, coordinating communication between internal and external parties.
- Design and improve algorithms used to identify individuals most likely to benefit from health interventions.
- Offer internal guidance on new analytical use cases, improvements to current tools, and better ways to utilize data for client benefit.
- Keep up with evolving healthcare trends and analytical techniques to enhance insight quality and methodological rigor.
