Outsourcing Advantage is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for a technical, detail-focused role preparing files for production. You will be responsible for ensuring all artwork and signage specifications are ready for print or fabrication. This remote position requires a self-driven, communicative professional passionate about their craft and working within a tight-knit team building something long-term.
What You'll Do
- Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint.
- Set up high-resolution print files, including downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly.
- Ensure color accuracy and perform color adjustments/matching for all deliverables.
- Collaborate with design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork.
- Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations.
- Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems.
- Stay current with design trends and emerging tech, including AI tools, to boost quality and efficiency.
- Perform image recreations, custom mural creations, and AI generation.
- Prepare ADA Signage, custom art, mural, and logos/cutouts spec packages and files ready for printing/cutting on media other than paper.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a graphic production/design coordination role.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Canva skills.
- Deep understanding of print specifications, file prep, and layout practices.
- Basic color-matching skills.
- Visual composition skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering great work.
- Interest in long-term growth and collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ADA/braille signage software (any).
- Knowledge of CAD and 3D Modeling Software (e.g., Sketchup).
