Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of visual concepts for digital and print platforms
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaign assets
- Produce user interface graphics for digital products
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, and layout standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback to refine visual deliverables
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Support the production of presentations and sales materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of responsive design and web standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with version control tools for design files
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools
- Background in tech or cybersecurity industries
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics
- Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
