Responsibilities
- Translate our brand guidelines into high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and events.
- Work closely with the research team to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented monthly reports.
- Collaborate with teams to develop creative assets for brand campaigns and collateral.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand across multiple platforms and mediums.
- Balance speed and creativity to deliver high-quality brand assets in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience working as a Designer.
- Strong visual design skills – layout, typography, colour theory, and image composition.
- Technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ability to understand and execute on a creative strategy and brand guidelines.
- A collaborative mindset – working with multiple teams on multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- SaaS platform experience.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices.
- Ability to apply a systems-based design approach to the delivery of brand assets.
- Experience with motion design (Premiere Pro & After Effects), illustration, and 3D design.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio that showcases an eye for detail and storytelling.
