We’re growing our engineering team and need a seasoned Fullstack TypeScript Developer who thrives in a backend-oriented role. In this position, you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing new features across both frontend and backend systems, using Node.js and MongoDB as core technologies. You’ll work independently on complex initiatives while collaborating closely with support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Build scalable features from concept to deployment, focusing on robust backend architecture with clean frontend integration
- Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Support customer-facing teams with technical insights and rapid troubleshooting
- Mentor fellow developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in an agile environment with minimal oversight
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript in production environments
- Strong command of Node.js and MongoDB, with a track record of delivering reliable web applications
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion
- Comfort with remote collaboration using tools like Slack, Notion, and Gather
- Fluency in English and French, with availability aligned to the French timezone (±3 hours)
- A natural curiosity for learning and adapting to new technical challenges across the stack
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
