Interactivated Solutions is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Lead DevOps to own infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability from the ground up for our fast-growing AI-driven SaaS platform. This is a foundational, hands-on role where you will shape technical direction and support scaling during a key growth phase.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead DevOps initiatives to streamline development processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
- Implement robust security practices and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.
- Proficient with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes and delivering containerized applications.
- Knowledgeable in observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and AWS-native logging/monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure secrets management.
- Practical experience writing Python for scripting and automation.
- Background in working within early-stage SaaS companies.
- Effective collaboration with product and engineering teams in agile or hybrid workflows.
- Experience in maintaining production systems and responding to incidents.
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Performs well under pressure, particularly during incident handling.
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- Open-minded and curious, especially about leveraging AI tools for productivity and automation.
