About the Role
This role is part of a software development team responsible for building and maintaining high-priority enterprise applications and services used across multiple business units and field locations. The team fosters a collaborative, self-organized culture and supports both remote and in-office work environments.
Responsibilities
- Produces clean, reliable, and maintainable code aligned with established programming standards
- Assumes ownership and technical leadership for applications, architectural projects, and complex features
- Translates high-level business and technical requirements into actionable tasks and independently estimates effort
- Communicates directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define scope and clarify requirements
- Diagnoses and resolves complex issues across software, systems, and database layers
- Applies diverse tools and methodologies to identify root causes and implement durable technical fixes
- Provides technical mentorship, training, and guidance to developers; conducts design and code reviews
- Exercises strong technical judgment in decision-making under uncertainty
- Manages ambiguous, complex problems with incomplete or evolving specifications
- Executes assigned work with minimal supervision
- Responds promptly to production incidents and drives them to resolution

About You
We are seeking a full-stack software developer with strong critical thinking and foundational programming skills. The ideal candidate is proficient in the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, MVC, SQL, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS, Web API, jQuery, ASP.Net, and T-SQL, as well as complementary technologies such as Apache Kafka, SPAs, and Redis. Experience with web applications, APIs, and various backend data storage solutions, particularly SQL, is essential.
