As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll take ownership of end-to-end development, shaping both backend services and frontend interfaces to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences. You'll play a key role in defining system architecture, building reliable APIs, and crafting intuitive user interactions that reflect a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Go, paired with modern frontend frameworks like React
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features that prioritize user needs and performance
- Lead technical direction by contributing to architectural decisions and improving engineering practices
- Support team growth through mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Optimize systems for speed, security, and long-term reliability
What We’re Looking For
- At least four years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications
- Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go, and frontend frameworks like React
- Familiarity with database design, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field
- Strong written communication skills in English, with experience working in asynchronous, remote environments
