As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in evolving a cloud-native, no-code platform designed for the insurance industry. Your work will directly impact how insurers digitize and deploy policies, requiring a deep understanding of both technical excellence and enterprise needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack features across a distributed system, using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure
- Translate business requirements from insurance operations into clean, scalable code that supports rapid configuration without coding
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences
- Optimize application performance under heavy data loads and concurrent user activity
- Enforce secure coding standards and ensure compliance when handling sensitive information
- Lead code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and advocate for best practices in development workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term technical strategy
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience building complex SaaS applications with full-stack proficiency
- Strong command of back-end technologies including .NET Core, C#, and GraphQL, paired with front-end expertise in Vue or React
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proven track record applying Test-Driven Development and Domain-Driven Design in production environments
- Experience optimizing applications for scalability, security, and reliability
- Familiarity with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
