We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in shaping our platform architecture and driving technical excellence. You’ll work across the full stack to design and deliver scalable features that directly impact our product and customers, while also guiding the evolution of our engineering practices.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn business requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions
- Design and implement secure, high-performance APIs and frontend experiences using Python, Django, React.js, and Next.js
- Take ownership of system reliability, including incident response and on-call support during and outside business hours
- Write thoroughly tested, production-ready code with strong attention to quality and long-term maintainability
- Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and promote sustainable development practices
- Review code with a focus on clarity, performance, and security, providing constructive feedback to peers
- Support deployment workflows and improve the overall developer experience
- Mentor junior engineers through coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Help define and adopt secure development practices, including shift-left security strategies
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience building full stack applications
- Strong proficiency with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of React.js and Next.js for frontend development
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and design systems
- Experience integrating security practices into the development lifecycle
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Background in managing production systems under load
- Experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
- Cloud platform experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Skill with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Experience using OpenSearch or similar search technologies
- DevOps or site reliability engineering exposure
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Proven success in remote team settings
