Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and iterate on high-impact growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Build and optimise growth loops, referral mechanics, and viral features
- Rapidly test ideas across web, mobile, and internal tools to identify what drives measurable growth
- Improve signup, activation, and conversion funnels with a strong bias toward speed and iteration
- Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to identify, prioritise, and execute growth opportunities
- Use data and analytics to guide decisions and double down on what works
Requirements
- A full-stack engineer with a strong bias toward shipping and outcomes
- Comfortable working with Next.js and Node.js (or similar modern stacks)
- Experienced in running growth experiments or shipping scrappy, high-impact features
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction
- Strong understanding of growth metrics, attribution, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog
- Data-informed but action-oriented — you don’t wait for perfect data to ship
- Motivated by impact, ownership, and fast feedback loops
Nice to Have
- Experience in the creator economy, consumer SaaS, or social subscription platforms
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, or landing page optimisation
- Exposure to growth teams or experimentation-heavy environments
