Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Elixir and related frameworks

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems
- Work with databases to support application needs
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and processes

- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Assist in mentoring junior developers
