Infopro Learning is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and improve tools that empower YouTube creators. You will own the core user experience for the vidIQ browser extension, modernize the frontend, and directly impact 900,000 daily active creators.
What You'll Do
- Own and elevate the core user experience for the vidIQ browser extension.
- Lead the modernization of our frontend by strategically refactoring key features from JavaScript to TypeScript.
- Proactively identify and architect solutions for performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses.
- Improve product durability by testing important workflows, reporting helpful errors, and taking ownership of your code.
- Review and test code from other engineers, providing helpful suggestions and teaching as you go.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading projects from concept to completion, including documentation and teaching others.
- Desire to roll up your sleeves and solve problems proactively.
- Desire to improve product quality and leave codebases in a better state than you find them.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Confidence working with TypeScript, Vite, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and the latest AI tools and models.
