Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial advisor to the Executive Director of Commercial Operations, delivering accurate financial forecasts and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Contribute to meeting profitability goals within Category Management and Pricing functions.
- Support margin performance and help ensure target achievement for both first-party and third-party business models.
- Lead and enhance the 360-degree margin framework as the central reference for measuring value creation.
- Increase visibility into profitability by product, customer, and sales channel, incorporating all elements of contribution margin.
- Assist in achieving marketing cost efficiency and return on investment objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations using customer lifetime value and ROI metrics.
- Lead financial planning processes and continuously refine forecasting methodologies.
- Manage marketing expenditure controls and oversee budget compliance.
- Lead financial strategy for OwnBrands, including margin analysis and long-term planning.
- Act as financial liaison to the Director of Italy, supporting local performance management and participating in country leadership discussions.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring for the Italian market.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives through rigorous profitability analysis and scenario planning.
