Lead Finance Analyst - CSA Billing oversees the financial integrity of GEnx Customized Service Agreements (CSA) by ensuring accurate and timely billing across global operations. This role works closely with Customer Program Managers and operational teams to execute contractual billing requirements, including Popular, Restored, Min EFH, and Supplemental terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing entitlement for the GEnx portfolio, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timelines
- Deliver monthly financial reporting with detailed KPI analysis across product lines
- Analyze customer flight activity and operational data to assess impacts on billing trends by region and product
- Lead Lean-driven initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, automate processes, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to align financial outcomes with operational performance
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of finance experience. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel, and experience with financial systems such as Oracle SAP are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates clear problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
