As a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will play a central role in connecting customer needs with internal engineering expertise. You'll work directly with customer engineering teams and architects, offering technical leadership throughout the design and integration process for embedded AI and semiconductor solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through architecture reviews, schematic evaluations, and design-in phases
- Translate real-world usage scenarios and feedback into clear, actionable insights for product development teams
- Deliver technical training and lead workshops to ensure effective adoption of our technology
- Collaborate closely with SDK/EDK, product, and architecture teams to align customer requirements with technical capabilities
- Support sales initiatives by demonstrating technical value and addressing complex engineering inquiries
- Resolve advanced technical challenges and accelerate customer development timelines
What You Bring
- Minimum of 7 years in technical customer-facing roles within the semiconductor industry
- Proven experience with embedded AI applications and development workflows
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with embedded development kits and system-level debugging
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate global teams across regions
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
