About the Role
The individual will act as a technical liaison between the engineering team and customers, troubleshooting complex issues, delivering product training, and enabling adoption of semiconductor solutions across key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for strategic customers during product integration
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in customer designs
- Deliver product training sessions and technical workshops
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate design challenges
- Support customer design-ins from concept to production
- Analyze system-level performance and recommend optimizations
- Prepare technical documentation and application notes
- Evaluate customer requirements and align with product capabilities
- Conduct on-site and remote debugging sessions
- Assist in defining product improvements based on field feedback
- Guide customers through development tools and SDKs
- Present technical updates at customer review meetings
- Validate compliance with design specifications
- Monitor project timelines and technical milestones
- Advise on best practices for power, thermal, and signal integrity
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in engineering or computer science
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or data center technologies
- Background in automotive or edge computing applications
- Familiarity with CUDA or GPU-accelerated computing
- Prior work with reference design validation
- Knowledge of functional safety standards
