Attentive is hiring a Senior Executive to join our Digital Excellence Center team. In this role, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations. You will be part of the team responsible for creating products and platforms for Deloitte India, focusing on delivering an extraordinary customer experience through design thinking and technology.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Be part of the Digital Excellence team that builds Assets for various stakeholders.
- Lead a team of developers.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of total experience, with 2+ years of relevant experience in software development and building web applications.
- Experience in leading a team of developers.
- Sound knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
- Demonstrated technical capability in developing applications using any industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL Databases.
- Experience in JavaScript dialects like ES6 TypeScript.
- Experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Implementation of security and data protection best practices.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, FastAPI frameworks.
- Experience in building applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience in writing unit test cases using Jest, Mocha and PyTest frameworks.
- Comfortable working in Agile methodology, eager to learn and grow.
