Responsibilities
- Serve as Senior Engineer specializing in Enterprise Mobile Device Management
- Participate in the Mobile Device Management Team responsible for establishing and maintaining global hardware standards, policies, and MDM administration frameworks
- Lead project execution in response to business requirements within mobile and industrial device ecosystems
- Administer and monitor devices using platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SOTI MobiControl
- Work in close coordination with infrastructure units including Network, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Security teams
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Global Service Desk
