Oversee and maintain network infrastructure across international locations, ensuring consistent performance and security for all company sites. This role is responsible for managing WAN connections, Layer 3 switching, and secure network integration across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Azure network integrations and Fortinet-based VPN solutions
- Manage G-Cloud network services including Web Proxy, UTM firewall, and user security tools such as Printer Chaser
- Support wireless and Layer 2 network issues at manufacturing facilities, providing Tier 2 assistance
- Deliver Tier 1 support for office network environments
- Maintain on-premise systems including DHCP, file servers, and plant-specific IT infrastructure
- Monitor and manage cloud-based servers such as MECM, Active Directory, and Web Proxy platforms
- Collaborate with headquarters IT teams to support server interfaces and onsite technical needs
- Implement and maintain security technologies including Zscaler, NAC, and IPS systems
- Work alongside local and remote IT teams to ensure continuous network availability
- Support company-wide infrastructure and security initiatives as they arise
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
