What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of professional experience in software development and DevOps.
- Significant experience with cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
- Several years of experience with at least two of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong focus and absolute expertise in one or more languages: Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go.
- Outgoing and communicative personality.
- Willingness to take responsibility as a Team Lead.
- Growth mindset and a desire to continually advance.
- A conviction that your potential is far from exhausted.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: €110,000 – €180,000
- Work and earn like a self-employed person but risk-free as a permanent employee in Germany.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates within Germany.
