Laravel is looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual design and user experience of our public-facing websites and marketing materials. You'll be responsible for creating the high-performance, conversion-optimized web experiences that define the Laravel brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead the visual design and UX of the core Laravel website and related properties.
- Design highly interactive, elegant interfaces to improve client conversion from the website to products.
- Contribute to and evolve web design patterns and components for consistency and scalability.
- Own a data-informed, experimentation-first approach to design, creating reusable, high-performing components.
- Support design efforts for Product Marketing, campaigns, and broader branding efforts.
- Operate from initial concept to production-ready files, working with developers, marketers, and writers.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in visual design with a strong focus on digital and marketing environments.
- A strong portfolio of web, brand, and campaign work demonstrating measurable impact on user acquisition or conversion.
- A strong product thinking, experimentation, and conversion optimization mindset.
- Expertise in Figma and strong understanding of web design systems, responsive design, and UX principles.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Product).
- A clean, modern aesthetic with an exceptional eye for detail and consistency.

- Experience preferably for a developer or technical brand.
