About the Role
The Senior Designer will lead the creation and execution of innovative design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop original design concepts that align with brand direction and seasonal themes
- Lead the design process from concept development through final production artwork
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs
- Conduct research on emerging trends, materials, and customer preferences
- Present design proposals to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Refine and iterate designs based on input from team members and market data
- Ensure consistency in visual language across product lines and collections
- Manage timelines and deliverables to support product launch schedules
- Work closely with sourcing and production teams to maintain design integrity
- Evaluate prototypes and samples for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent
- Support the development of color stories and material selections
- Maintain organized design files and documentation
- Stay current with industry innovations and design methodologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Participate in design reviews and cross-functional planning sessions
