Responsibilities
- Create and deploy predictive models focused on customer behavior, such as churn, retention, and purchase propensity.
- Extract and transform data efficiently using SQL, with experience in GA4 and BigQuery.
- Analyze digital user interactions across web, app, and CRM platforms.
- Partner with business units to uncover opportunities that enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Present complex analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests and hypothesis testing to evaluate new strategies.
- Develop dashboards and visual tools to track predictive KPIs and key performance metrics.
- Support the development of data strategy and promote best practices in data usage.
- Automate analytical processes and deploy models into live systems.
