Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend developers and data analysts to transform unstructured data into reliable insights through end-to-end data workflows including collection, processing, and validation.
- Evaluate trade-offs between implementation costs and business value to ensure customer-focused outcomes at sustainable expenses.
- Design and implement data systems tailored to meet regulatory and operational requirements across more than 10 countries.
- Lead engineering initiatives from initial planning through deployment by managing temporary cross-functional teams.
- Set high technical standards and promote excellence in product, service, and process delivery within the team.
- Optimize data pipeline efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while reducing operational costs at large scale.
- Oversee the ongoing operation, maintenance, and monitoring of data infrastructure owned by the team.
