Responsibilities
- Determine client needs and build software components aligned with architectural standards, contributing to business processes using appropriate methodologies to meet performance, quality, risk, growth, and collaboration goals.
- Address complex technical challenges and deliver creative solutions across front-end, back-end, and blockchain platforms, including Ethereum (Layer 1 and Layer 2) and EVM-compatible networks.
- Convert user stories and technical specifications into working, production-ready code.
- Develop and deploy software systems following SDLC best practices such as coding standards, peer reviews, version control, build automation, testing, and operational support.
- Participate in the architectural planning and design of new and existing systems, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability are addressed.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and superior client experiences.
- Define project tasks and execute deliverables efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee completion of assigned work and maintain financial reports related to engagement economics.
- Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and project progress throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Engage in client meetings as either a team member or leader for specific workstreams.
- Travel as required by client demands and maintain a high level of billable hours charged to external clients.
