Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a detailed commissioning manual, including defining reporting frameworks and team responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage the commissioning and start-up timeline in collaboration with external service providers.
- Design and document pre-commissioning testing protocols and associated materials.
- Address and resolve identified issues while generating compliance and progress reports as required by clients and regulations.
- Engage with relevant government bodies to secure required approvals before system start-up.
- Develop formal client acceptance documentation and confirm successful completion through proper sign-off procedures.
- Formulate thorough quality, environmental, and safety plans specific to commissioning activities.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and external legal or regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate organizational core values centered on safety and ethical conduct, showing accountability and concern for team and business outcomes.
