Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare institutions to assess needs in clinical genomics and informatics
- Present integrated software solutions that support genomic data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor demonstrations for specific client environments
- Identify key decision-makers within hospital systems and diagnostic labs
- Develop strategic account plans for high-potential regions
- Translate clinical workflow challenges into technology-driven opportunities
- Lead proof-of-concept deployments and pilot evaluations
- Coordinate cross-functional support for complex sales cycles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards in clinical reporting
- Deliver presentations to scientific and administrative audiences
- Track sales activities and forecast performance using CRM tools
- Advocate for customer feedback to inform product development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations during sales process
- Support contract negotiations with legal and pricing teams
- Attend regional conferences and industry events to build relationships
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in bioinformatics, health informatics, or related discipline
- Prior experience selling to academic medical centers
- Working knowledge of NGS data interpretation pipelines
- Experience with cloud-based clinical platforms
