About the Role

This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, ongoing support, and coordination of financial planning activities. The individual will work closely with advisors and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal advisory teams
  • Oversee the client onboarding process from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate financial planning requests and track progress to deadlines
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in internal systems
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings and follow-up actions
  • Support the execution of personalized financial plans
  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service workflows
  • Assist in resolving client account issues in a timely manner
  • Track client communications and interactions in CRM tools
  • Prepare client-facing materials and summaries for review
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client protocols
  • Escalate complex matters to senior advisors when necessary
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback trends
  • Participate in cross-team initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
  • Stay current on product offerings and planning strategies
  • Support special projects related to client experience improvements
  • Facilitate transitions for new clients joining the platform

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives

Work Arrangement

Hybrid with primary location on the West Coast
