As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to business travelers. Working remotely on a part-time schedule, you'll manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flight, hotel, and car rental bookings across Europe and domestic routes. Your expertise in Galileo GDS will be essential in executing accurate reservations, ticket reissues, and itinerary changes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations with precision and care
- Support clients through live chat, phone, and email, maintaining a professional and approachable tone
- Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client needs and constraints
- Maintain Galileo queues and adhere to service level agreements
- Collaborate with team members and support the Team Leader to uphold service standards
- Guide and review the work of junior consultants, offering feedback and assistance
- Resolve customer concerns proactively, using sound judgment and initiative
What You Bring
- Proven experience in business travel consulting with strong airfare and ticketing knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Galileo GDS, including automated and manual reissuing
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends, holidays, and within extended hours (7am–11pm or 8pm–8am)
