This remote, project-based position blends technical analytics with strategic insight to support marketing performance and business reporting across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion information security practices, including secure data handling, malware prevention, and password management
- Assess risks to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, ensuring alignment with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Oversee data lifecycle protection, ensuring sensitive information is safeguarded from collection through disposal
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that track marketing effectiveness and core business metrics
- Define and validate KPIs across analytics platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets from cloud data environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support reliable data pipelines in platforms like Google BigQuery and Snowflake
- Analyze performance across paid media, CRM, ecommerce, web, and mobile channels, linking marketing efforts to business outcomes like revenue and customer retention
- Detect patterns, outliers, and optimization opportunities in campaign and customer behavior data
- Transform technical findings into clear, strategic narratives for executive audiences
- Lead stakeholder discussions with confidence, challenging assumptions and guiding teams toward data-informed actions
- Deliver recurring reports and executive-ready presentations to client teams
- Work closely with analytics, engineering, and strategy colleagues to meet evolving reporting demands
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data consulting roles
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Tableau dashboards
- Strong command of SQL for querying and validating large datasets
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Proven ability to explain data insights to non-technical business and marketing stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Portfolio showcasing Tableau dashboard development and data visualization expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud data warehouses, particularly Google BigQuery or Snowflake
- Exposure to additional BI tools such as Power BI
