Responsibilities
- Establish a standardized digital framework for representing products and services tailored to major B2B clients
- Work closely with Solution Design for custom offerings and Portfolio Management for standardized products based on strategic priorities
- Identify and organize essential product data such as structure, ordering parameters, dependencies, and workflow logic
- Ensure product models are designed with optimal complexity—minimal yet sufficient for use in IT service management scenarios
- Develop product models using a Catalog Management Tool scheduled for deployment in 2026 or document them in an IT-compatible format
- Develop and maintain a scalable library of reusable product models, continuously enhancing its scope
- Take full ownership of product models from creation through the entire lifecycle of products and contracts
- Develop, coordinate, and refine modelling standards and practices for the ITSM platform team
