Aledade is looking for a Senior BI Analyst I to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that empower better patient care. You will be a key contributor in a data-driven environment focused on improving health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Develop and optimize data models to support business analytics
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to define key metrics and deliver insights
- Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and data visualizations
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and implementing self-service BI tools and dashboards
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling for analytics
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large, complex datasets to solve business problems
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
