Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, aligning technical innovation with business goals.

Qualifications
You bring a PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with over five years of hands-on work in commercial NLP or IR systems. You have a proven ability to deliver production-grade code and lead research teams in applied settings. Your background includes strong fluency in Python, Git, AWS, or Azure, and experience deploying models in real-world environments.
Expertise in transformer architectures, fine-tuning language models, data curation, and RAG frameworks is essential. Familiarity with platforms like LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel is required. You communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Preference is given to candidates with publications in top-tier AI conferences or experience building applications for legal domains such as document analysis, summarization, or search over large corpora.
