About the Role

The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, conduct data analysis, and support process optimization efforts for client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze service performance metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Support the management of client service operations
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and client review
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and service transitions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in audits and quality assurance reviews
  • Coordinate communication between technical and operational teams

  • Support the implementation of service enhancements
  • Respond to client inquiries related to service performance
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
  • Monitor service ticket resolution timelines
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members

  • Work with vendors and third-party providers as needed
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms and tools
  • Support change management initiatives within the service team
