What You'll Do
- Lead data-related projects from conception to completion, setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including account/regional directors and facility managers.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Extract, collect, and gather data from various sources, including live data streams.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines.
- Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify data-related issues and determine root causes.
- Manage data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access.
- Participate in data integration projects and initiatives.
- Comply with and contribute to data standardization efforts.
- Audit database access and requests for data accuracy.
- Continually review processes for improvement.
- Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Power BI experience is good to have but not required.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms.
