Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data projects from initial planning through final delivery
- Define and manage project schedules, key milestones, and expected outcomes
- Oversee allocation of personnel and financial resources for data programs
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party vendors as required
- Communicate results and strategic suggestions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design intuitive, well-structured reports and interactive dashboards
- Convert intricate data findings into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences including account leads, facility leads, and regional teams
- Design and deliver training programs to improve data fluency across teams and clients
- Serve as a reliable consultant to business units and client accounts
- Offer insights grounded in data to guide high-level planning and choices
- Work with teams across functions to uncover areas where data can drive efficiency and performance
- Keep informed on emerging trends and proven methods in data analysis
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple origins, including real-time feeds
- Maintain accuracy, reliability, and uniformity of data across systems
- Build and support automated data workflows and pipelines
- Enforce data governance standards and adherence to privacy laws
- Diagnose data problems and determine underlying causes
- Administer user permissions and control access to databases
- Support efforts to unify data from disparate systems
- Follow and help advance data standardization across the organization
- Review and track database access logs and permission requests
- Regularly assess workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform in-depth analysis using sophisticated statistical techniques
- Detect meaningful trends, relationships, and patterns in extensive datasets
- Construct forecasting models to align with organizational goals
