Responsibilities
- Carry out and improve compliance monitoring processes within defined frameworks.
- Examine phone calls, written documents, online interactions, and communications for compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Assess the accuracy and uniformity of monitoring results, including those completed by peers or produced by artificial intelligence systems.
- Convert legal and regulatory standards into quantifiable monitoring benchmarks and testing logic.
- Support and manage compliance monitoring workflows that integrate AI models with human validation.
- Evaluate and interpret outputs from AI systems to determine the effectiveness of monitoring activities.
- Create, test, and update prompt designs and review criteria for AI-driven compliance workflows, ensuring outputs are transparent, reliable, and compliant.
- Detect inconsistencies or patterns in AI-generated data and suggest refinements to monitoring rules or review methods.
- Assess and promote consistency between AI-assisted monitoring and current compliance risk evaluations and governance practices.
- Set up, manage, and improve technology platforms used for compliance monitoring, such as Databricks, Airtable, Excel, and related tools.
- Handle large and complex datasets originating from AI systems and operational platforms.
- Build scalable data models, processes, and reporting systems to support continuous monitoring and issue management.
- Maintain data accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness of monitoring findings.
- Generate clear, precise, and appropriately tailored reports for compliance leaders, business units, and executive stakeholders.
- Combine numerical monitoring data with qualitative compliance insights.
- Assist in governance processes, issue escalation, and remediation tracking through structured reporting mechanisms.
