Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning models for real-time health insights
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI feature requirements
- Build scalable backend systems that support AI inference and data pipelines
- Translate clinical protocols into algorithmic logic
- Evaluate model performance using real-world patient data
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards
- Optimize model accuracy and latency for production environments
- Conduct A/B tests to measure impact of AI features
- Maintain documentation for model development and deployment
- Work with frontend teams to integrate AI outputs into user interfaces
- Monitor system reliability and model drift in production
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Contribute to architectural decisions for AI infrastructure
- Stay current with advancements in machine learning and healthcare AI
- Support regulatory documentation for AI components
- Troubleshoot issues across data, model, and service layers
- Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices
- Align technical work with long-term product vision
- Integrate third-party health data sources into AI workflows
- Develop automated testing for model validation
- Collaborate with data scientists on feature engineering
- Refactor legacy systems to support AI capabilities
- Implement feedback loops for continuous model improvement
- Use version control for models and training pipelines
- Communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

- Master’s or PhD in a technical field
