Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account lifecycle for assigned clients
- Serve as the main contact for enterprise-level customers
- Achieve or surpass revenue goals via new client acquisition and upselling
- Expand service footprint within existing client accounts
- Create and maintain precise revenue forecasts
- Discover, evaluate, and convert new sales prospects
- Target outreach to CTOs, IT executives, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers
- Develop leads through networking, cold contact, and industry research
- Establish trusted relationships with senior business and financial stakeholders
- Lead the bidding process in coordination with the bid team
- Ensure proposals and bid documents are accurate and high-quality
- Negotiate and finalize small to mid-sized deals independently
- Assist Account Directors in closing major enterprise contracts
- Provide expert guidance on data and technology offerings
- Gain in-depth understanding of client business operations, data workflows, and digital transformation objectives
- Engage from project initiation through delivery completion
- Track client satisfaction during implementation phases
- Spot potential risks and growth opportunities in ongoing projects
- Conduct ongoing analysis of client sectors and competitive landscape
- Formulate detailed account growth strategies covering revenue, risk, and potential
- Uncover new service areas aligned with client requirements
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build sales pipeline
- Utilize CRM tools to record interactions, monitor sales stages, and produce reports
- Manage contract renewals and assist with receivables
