Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an SAP S/4 HANA MM IM Lead Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA MM and IM modules for a global client base. You will drive end-to-end supply chain solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and high system performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP MM module implementations focusing on Purchasing (PUR) and Inventory Management (IM).
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop detailed functional specifications.
- Configure SAP MM settings related to vendor management, inventory control, and material valuation.
- Collaborate with teams across SD, WM, and FI modules to ensure integrated solutions.
- Manage data migration, system testing, cutover activities, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Continuously improve SAP MM processes and system performance while documenting key deliverables such as BRDs, UAT, SIT, and configuration documents.
- Facilitate workshops, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 15+ years of SAP implementation experience with strong expertise in S/4 HANA MM, IM, and WM modules.
- Proven track record of 1-2 full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, including greenfield projects.
- Deep knowledge of procurement (direct/indirect), inventory management, and 3PL scenarios.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, system design, and SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP integration with FI/CO and SD modules.
- Ability to develop and maintain testing scripts and lead end-to-end testing efforts.
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in Chemical and Aerospace & Defense sectors.
- Certified in SAP S/4 HANA MM.
