Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce site to ensure reliability and user-friendliness
- Address customer questions promptly and guide them toward suitable products
- Improve product listings using SEO-aware content and detailed media presentation
- Establish connections with content creators, influencers, and aligned brands to expand reach
- Work with internal teams to shape promotional strategies, layouts, and campaign concepts
- Adjust pricing based on market analysis and sales goals
- Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain stock levels
- Design and manage pay-per-click advertising and social media outreach initiatives
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support business goals
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of one year’s experience in e-commerce, website operations, or a similar field
- Proven background in managing product content, inventory systems, and online catalogs
- Familiarity with SEO principles, particularly non-technical optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay seller environments
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent copywriting and editing abilities
- Experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data handling
- Basic understanding of CSS media queries for responsive content layout
