Responsibilities
- Gains comprehensive knowledge of project scope and the Salesforce environment, working closely with team members and stakeholders to define precise, actionable solution requirements.
- Works alongside the Product Manager to convert broad project goals into detailed, Salesforce-specific implementation plans that align with system capabilities and integration needs.
- Engages with internal and external collaborators to identify opportunities for product enhancement, assess user needs, establish project boundaries, and document features and high-level functional needs using Salesforce tools and methodologies.
- Supports PI planning initiatives in coordination with the Scrum Master to ensure project scope and delivery timelines are synchronized.
- Collaborates with client representatives to advance long-term product objectives and support the execution of the project roadmap.
- Aligns with project stakeholders to clarify and support release planning activities.
- Builds strong familiarity with project deliverables and works with teams and stakeholders to define clear, well-articulated solution requirements.
- Maintains alignment between the product backlog and overall project requirements.
- Leads requirement refinement through elaboration and backlog grooming sessions to ensure the Scrum team shares a common understanding of functional and non-functional needs.
- Acts on behalf of Product Management within project teams, serving as the decision authority to resolve questions and guide Scrum team efforts.
- Typically assigned to high-impact initiatives, this role requires close collaboration with the Scrum Master and Lead Engineer to ensure effective delivery and leadership within the agile framework.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to both the agile team and Business Analyst to ensure deliverables are clearly understood and formally accepted.
- Applies visual modeling techniques such as diagrams, workflow charts, story maps, and system models to enhance and clarify written requirements.

- Develops a deep understanding of the body of work and the Salesforce platform, partnering with the team and project stakeholders to elaborate clear, well-defined solution requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Partners with the Product Manager to translate high-level project deliverables into actionable, Salesforce-based product plans, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities, configurations, and integrations.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external team members to identify Salesforce product improvements, analyze user needs, define project scope, and document features and high-level functional requirements leveraging Salesforce tools and best practices.
- Facilitates PI planning projects alongside the Scrum Master to ensure scope and delivery plans align.
- Collaborates with client stakeholders to work towards the client’s long-term product deliverables and project roadmap.
- Partners with project stakeholders to provide clarity and support of project release planning.
