Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support one of our partners. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem to deliver strategic solutions and drive marketing success.
What You'll Do
- Consult with our partner to assess their marketing automation needs and challenges.
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Develop and execute complex email, mobile, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Provide expert guidance on data integration, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and train partner teams on best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a consultant or senior practitioner implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions for audience segmentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical marketing automation designs.
- Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills.
