As a Salesforce Agentforce AI Technical Architect Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered capabilities across the Salesforce platform. Your work will focus on transforming business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of intelligent automation and enhanced customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Refactor existing screen flows into Auto-launched flows using Apex class invocation to support Agentforce functionality
- Design and implement intuitive user experiences using Lightning components and dynamic forms within flow architectures
- Configure and manage Bring-Your-Own-LLM (BYOLLM) integrations, including Google’s Gemini model, to power AI-driven interactions
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, analyze use cases, and translate them into technical blueprints
- Ensure all implementations align with operational objectives and performance standards
- Lead user and task analysis to accurately model business processes and pain points
- Advise development teams on best practices for leveraging Salesforce AI and Agentforce features
- Serve as the primary technical expert and cross-functional liaison for Agentforce initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- At least 1 year delivering Agentforce solutions in production environments
- Proven experience with customer-facing Agentforce implementations
- Strong background in optimizing flow design, agent efficiency, and chat interface usability
- In-depth understanding of flex credit consumption and metering models
- Eligibility to pass and maintain a government background check
