As a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will lead a portfolio of category-specific partners within a growing platform ecosystem, focusing on sustainable revenue growth and long-term partner success. Your primary responsibility is to shape and execute strategic plans that expand partner-driven revenue, strengthen co-sell performance, and increase pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage revenue strategies for key partners, setting clear goals for lead generation, deal influence, and closed-won outcomes
- Drive accountability by ensuring partners actively contribute to shared revenue objectives and pipeline targets
- Lead structured business reviews—quarterly and annually—with a focus on performance metrics, ROI, and future growth planning
- Expand monetization through co-selling, listing optimization, sponsorship models, and other scalable revenue levers
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives that produce measurable results
- Design strategies to increase partner visibility among internal sales teams and improve solution adoption in customer deals
- Serve as the internal expert on partner offerings, clearly communicating value propositions, use cases, and competitive advantages
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as revenue contribution, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity across all monetization channels
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the HR tech and SaaS integration landscape
What You Bring
- 4–5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
- Proven success in managing revenue-sharing relationships and driving partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking forecasts, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Ability to lead strategic discussions with external partners and influence outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with partner tiering, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks
- Experience using CRM and PRM platforms such as Salesforce, Crossbeam, or Euler
- Skill in building data-driven strategies and presenting ROI insights to leadership
- Knowledge of the HR tech, payroll, or SaaS integration space
