Lead and shape a team of field sales representatives to execute sales strategies and meet annual revenue goals across the AFH (Away From Home) channel in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa region. You will be responsible for building high-performing customer relationships and ensuring best-in-class execution of product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and motivate your team to deliver consistent performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with the sales capability function to roll out targeted training and skill-building initiatives
- Design and manage an annual business plan aligned with channel revenue targets
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Build strategic partnerships with customers to drive category growth and market share
- Partner with account management, category, activation, and finance teams to maximize returns in your territory
- Apply deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer insights, and category trends
- Train your team to use analytical tools that support customer engagement and informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Familiarity with market structures and distribution channels relevant to the region
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field leadership capacity
- Strong organizational abilities and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and negotiation techniques

Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Singapore with responsibilities spanning 27 countries across the AMEA region, including major markets such as China, India, Japan, Australia, and South Africa. The position follows a 48-hour weekly work schedule.
