Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher company) is hiring a Sales Specialist Beer Northern Europe & Benelux (d/f/m)

Shape commercial success in the European beer and beverage sector by leading customer engagements that focus on identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities, and delivering targeted solutions. As a key contributor to the EMEA Food & Beverage team, you will manage a portfolio of accounts across Denmark, Belgium, and surrounding regions, working independently while collaborating closely with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in strategic discussions to understand operational needs, technical constraints, and long-term goals, using insights to guide solution development.
  • Develop deep familiarity with customer processes and business objectives to inform go-to-market strategies and positioning.
  • Manage and maintain a real-time sales pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, stakeholders, next steps, technical specifications, and financial data.
  • Participate in regular sales funnel reviews, providing clear assessments of deal health, potential risks, forecasting accuracy, and mitigation plans.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue and order volume targets by expanding business with existing clients and acquiring new accounts.
  • Advance opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle—from initial qualification to final close—by following up promptly on proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries according to defined processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A technical background is essential: a degree in engineering, food technology, or a related scientific field is required. You bring demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the food and beverage industry, with direct experience in filtration or food processing preferred. Prior sales experience in the beer sector is highly advantageous.

Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is expected, and you must be capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
