Stryker Corporation is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to provide critical operational support to sales management for our Trauma and Extremities division. In this remote role, you will plan and coordinate projects dedicated to improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
What You'll Do
- Oversee, design, and develop incentive compensation plans for a multi-channel and multi-divisional field sales organization.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation, and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions.
- Develop and leverage business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation development with organizational goals.
- Partner with sales leadership on territory alignment changes and analyze associated sales and quota impacts.
- Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics.
- Plan and coordinate projects focused on improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of professional experience relevant to marketing or sales support.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Power BI.

- Base salary range: $58,700 - $106,200

This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
