Sales Manager Nordics
We are seeking a technically skilled Sales Manager to lead business development across the Nordic and Baltic markets. In this role, you will expand our customer base, deepen relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with local partners to support regional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltic countries
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, sharing insights to shape future offerings
- Manage and support local sales partners to enhance market reach
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including participation in trade shows and regional events
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
- 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within optics or related industries
- Proven experience working in the Nordic region is essential
- Familiarity with markets such as medical devices, microscopy, semiconductors, laser applications, or machine vision
- Strong ability to understand technical customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English and at least one local Nordic language
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
Nice to Have
- Additional European language skills
- Experience with SAP or Hubspot
