Drive technical discovery and enable customer success from the earliest stages of the sales process. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts that directly address each prospect’s unique business needs. Your deep understanding of system architecture and integration will allow you to confidently respond to complex questions around APIs, security, scalability, and data workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Develop targeted technical presentations and prototypes that illustrate real-world value for enterprise clients.
- Clarify technical requirements, including data migrations and custom integrations, to prepare for smooth post-sale onboarding.
- Act as the key technical contact between prospects and internal engineering teams, ensuring alignment and feasibility.
- Translate intricate technical details into clear, persuasive explanations—whether in live demos or written documentation.
- Refine internal tools, technical playbooks, and sales resources to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Support Customer Success by helping define implementation scope and technical pathways after deal closure.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong grasp of modern web development, including React, Next.js, cloud infrastructure, serverless systems, and DNS management.
- Experience scoping API integrations and custom technical solutions within SaaS environments.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving mindset—driven to uncover root causes and build scalable fixes.
- Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, global team environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical precision and empathy.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Sales or Solutions Engineering roles within SaaS.
- Familiarity with telehealth or e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on work with monorepos or advanced CI/CD pipelines.
